Competition Suit Deposit
Upon submitting a $200 non-refundable deposit for a custom handcrafted competition suit with Sparkle Bitch Suits, clients initiate the creation process and secure a spot in the production queue. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the suit, ensuring a seamless transition towards owning a bespoke garment designed to make them sparkle on stage. Additionally, clients are entitled to a 30-minute design consultation where preferences, timelines, measurements, and design elements are meticulously discussed to craft a suit that perfectly embodies their vision.

All competition suits come with adjustable straps, fully lined with our signature comfort leopard print liner, and hand placed combination of high-quality Preciosa (Bohemian) and Dreamtime (USA) glass crystal rhinestones, giving you the brightest sparkle under the stage lights.
Clients are recommended to submit deposit at least 8 weeks out.
Clients will receive an email to schedule a virtual 30 minute design consultation following checkout .
Final suits will be mail when completed and invoice balance is paid in full (approx. 2-3 weeks out)

Sparkle Bitch will NOT give design consultations unless the $200 non-refundable down payment and Competition Suit Design survey has been completed on the website (sparklebitchsuits.com) . Once both are received, you will receive a text message or email to sign up for a video design consultation. No design conversations will be had before the down payment has been paid. Designing a suit takes valuable time, and I give my figure/physique clients raw sketches of designs that take hours to create. As soon as those are released to the client, the design becomes public and shareable to other designers. Out of respect for my art, time, and services, the down payment must be paid first.

Suits designing should begin at 8 weeks out or sooner. Clients will be fitted between 4-5 weeks out. Alterations and final stoning will happen between 2-4 weeks out. You will receive your final suit between 1-3 weeks out.

Any suit orders placed less than 7 weeks out will be charged an ADDITIONAL $150 rush fee on top of the total cost of the suit and shipping costs.

Every client will be fitted with their suit shell (unstoned suit) between 4-5 weeks out from their contest date. Clients will receive their suit in the mail, with a prepaid package to send back via UPS. When the shell is received, we will set up a 10 minutes video chat so We can see the fit of your suit and discuss any necessary alterations. Following the consultation, send the shell back the next day, to remain on schedule.

On your competition suit invoice, you will see a shipping charge for $30. This will cover the cost of shipping for your fitting and final suit (with insurance).

Sparkle Bitch is confident that your suit will fit excellently, but we understand, crazy things happen in this sport!
All alterations will be completed following your suit fitting.
If you need an alteration after your final suit is shipped to you, it can only be done on a need to need basis. Once a suit is stoned, it’s almost impossible to make a cut of a suit smaller. So please discuss with us what your needs are, and we will determine if your request is possible.
Client will cover all labor and material costs for alteration following completed stoning of your suit.

We operate on a “pay as you go” structure. Meaning, after the deposit is paid, you can submit payments to you invoice (sent separately by me) as you can, on your own timeline. Your suit must be paid for in full by 3 weeks out from your show, in order for it to be shipped to you.

All Competition suits are made with a mixture of Preciosa, Dreamtime, and Alora Rhinestones. Alora is a glass crystal rhinestone made in Austria. Preciosa is a glass crystal made in Czechoslovakia. Preciosa is arguably the top rhinestone brand in the world, while Alora give us the same brilliant sparkle, with a slightly more budget friendly margin. Dreamtime is an American brand that reflects the same brilliance as the no longer available, Swarovski rhinestones.

All competition suits are non-refundable. Once the deposit is made, the athlete has 12 months of date of payment to fulfill order.
If you cancel your prep, and do not plan on competing within the following 12 months, you will not be able to get a refund.

In the event that you are not able to complete your competition suit order within the 12 month policy, you may transfer your deposit to another athlete.
